Government and PTI present offers The second session of vital election negotiations between representatives of the government and the opposition PTI came to a close at Parliament House on Friday. According to the leaders of both parties, their respective offers had been submitted, and the negotiations will resume on Tuesday. A resolution in the weeks-long election impasse between the government coalition and the PTI was sought with the launch of the exercise yesterday (Thursday). Shah Mahmood Qureshi, senior vice president of the PTI, Senator Ali Zafar, and Fawad Chaudhry made up the opposition delegation, which was organised on Wednesday night.
