Army and civilian bonds
Gen. Asim Munir pledges, “We will see to it that the bond between the forces and the people is further strengthened.”
Claims that there is not even a single place for those who would undermine our well-earned peace.
Security in Pakistan, according to COAS, depends on an independent Afghanistan.
Speaking at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) at Kakul’s passing out parade today, he remarked on this.
In his maiden address as COAS at the PMA, General Asim Munir noted that the unity of the country rests primarily on the devotion of its citizens to the state of Pakistan and their dedication to the constitutionally mandated function of the Pakistani armed forces.
KAKUL: On Saturday, the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Asim Munir, reaffirmed the military’s dedication to Pakistan’s stability. He also committed to strengthening the relationship between the army and the populace.
“We are fully aware of the ways and means to safeguard our sovereignty and territorial integrity, and we have the will, capacity, and willingness to do so. I reassure the people of Pakistan that we would never hesitate to make whatever sacrifice is required for the protection of our cherished homeland.
He claimed that Pakistan’s valiant warriors are not mesmerized by the size and wealth of their enemies.
He said that to fulfil the promises of Almighty Allah as sincere followers, the Pakistani armed forces stand steady with their strong will and commitment.
COAS Asim Munir declared, pledging to cleanse the nation of terrorism.
He reaffirmed that the armed forces would never hesitate to make any sacrifice to stabilize, secure, and protect the future of the next generations.
General Asim Munir discussed the continuing difficulties in the nation and said that the enemies are making serious attempts to undermine social cohesiveness and state cohesion.
Identification of the visible and covert opponents is urgently needed. The distinction between reality and deceit must exist in this case.
The adversaries of Pakistan are determined to sever ties between the civilian population and the military forces, according to General Asim, who also pledged: “We will see to it that these ties are maintained and strengthened further.”
The COAS emphasised the significance of peace along Pakistan’s western frontiers by asserting that Afghanistan’s stability, security, and peace are crucial to Pakistan’s security.
He assured the Kashmiri brothers of the nation’s unwavering support and stated that Pakistan fully supports its Kashmiri siblings in their long-standing battle for fundamental human rights and their rightful pursuit of the right to self-determination.
We promise to keep supporting our Kashmiri brethren diplomatically, morally, and politically.
