FAISALABAD: On Tuesday, the prime minister Shehbaz Sharif flew into the city in a helicopter after landing in a special jet at the airport.
The free flour distribution programme is a welcome relief for the deserving residents, according to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, who recently paid a visit to the Faisalabad free flour distribution facilities. Marriyum Aurangzeb, the federal minister of information and broadcasting, and Minister of State for the Interior of Pakistan, Rana Sana Ullah Khan, were present at the event alongside the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister examined the plans for the free flour distribution in Faisalabad and was pleased with how well the regional government was doing its job.
The government gave out free flour to more than 11 lakh Faisalabad residents, and 125,000 bags are being delivered right now, the Prime Minister was informed.
