SUKKUR: A Pakistani woman and an Indian national were married in Sukkur despite the ongoing hostility between the two nations.India's Bombay-based Mahendar Kumar and his family travelled to Sukkur to wed Sanjugata Kumari.
Family members of the couple and members of the Hindu community attended the marriage ceremony of Mahendra and Sanjugata, which was held at a neighbourhood hall in Sukkur.

After the finalisation of the legal procedures, Kumari and her husband will depart for India in a few days.
The pair met online and agreed to be married, according to the bride’s parents. Once the wedding rituals were finalised, the families got in touch with one another via WhatsApp.
