A celebrity chef created a pizza for a customer that cost a staggering amount of more than Rs 3 lac in a video that quickly went viral.
The internet is occasionally inundated with videos of chefs experimenting with cuisine. While most cuisine fusions are great and reasonably priced, one chef went above and above by making a Rs 3 lac pizza for a customer.
Brooke Baevsky documented the entire procedure in a video posted on Instagram. She said that her famous customer wanted to start their supper with a $2,000 (£1,590) pizza appetiser.
The chef went to the store to purchase the ingredients for the pizza, and the total cost was $944 (about Rs. 2.6 lac). This is seen in the behind-the-scenes footage.
She sprinkled vegan pesto that included 24-carat gold flakes on top of the meal. Finally, the client received the ostentatious meal.
One commenter responded to the video by saying, “I’d rather spend $2k on a flight to Italy for pizza.”
A Mumbai resident had posted images of glass fragments that he claimed to have discovered in his pizza on Twitter.
While posting the images, the client Arun Kolluri questioned the calibre of the pizza shop’s fare. Along with filing his complaint on Twitter, he also tagged the Mumbai Police account.
