Duet AI
With three new tools for Gmail, Docs, and Slides, including picture production, Google is extending Workspace Labs.
Google is introducing image creation in Slides, which will enable users to design unique backdrops for presentations, as it was revealed at I/O 2023 last month. There will be a side panel with the question “Help me visualise” on it.
After that, you may select a style from photography, illustration, flat lay, backdrop, clip art, or none at all. Google will produce 6 to 8 different designs, with the option to “View more.”
Google informs us today that the Workspace Labs program’s verified testers are receiving this gradually. The business also claims that Imagen, one of Google’s picture generating models, is what powers this.
In the meanwhile, contextual recommendations for answers that take into consideration the prior thread are being added to Gmail’s “Help me write” feature. Any times or dates will be added by Google to the reply it creates from your prompt.
To prompt you to include facts, such as the name of your employer in a job application, Help me write in Docs will automatically add smart chips and other variables to a created reply.
