He commended the efforts of the Inspector General of Police and Punjab Chief Secretary, stating that both of them were crucial in ensuring the arrests of the main suspects.
In Jaranwala town of the Faisalabad district, 130 km from the provincial capital of Punjab, Lahore, an enraged crowd destroyed and set on fire 21 churches and 35 residences of Christians on Wednesday.
